Job Description:

  • Communicate with vendors and store employees for Maintenance issue resolution
  • Negotiation with vender on price and payment on emails
  • Scheduling the vender at store and ensure the completion of Task
  • Maintain vender Bio data in master record for future use
  • Maintain and update maintenance issues tracker
  • Reporting and coordinating with senior and middle management.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 02 years working experience in Back Office Support/ Remote Cutomer Services. 
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Minimum bachelor degree in sciences or business administration.
  • Strong verbal and written English Communication skills
  • Experienced in International campaign US/UK will be preferred
