Position: IT Vendor Management/ Finance Officer

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) degree MBA/BBA/MPA/BS(CS)/MCS duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience

Experience:

• At-least 05 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.

• Including 03 Years of relevant experience in any reputable Public Sector organization related to procurement.

• Must possess verifiable experience. 

 Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Monitoring the performance of Vendors
• To collect and review the financial data and build the budget allocations
•  Allocation of funds to IT to be used as budget baselines, review mid-year progress against allocations, and to review ZTBL’s IT organizational structure and staffing needs
• To perform detailed financial analysis and to analyze the cost to benefit run-rate to values forecasted as part of the planning process
• To compare the cost to benefit ratio to values forecasted as part of the planning process
•  To support other departments in rationalization of the metrics data collected
• To review the data to ensure accuracy and clarity prior to broader publication
• To ensure information technology related services received from the vendors are in line with agreed contract terms, expectations and safeguard relationship with the vendor and relevant stakeholders of ZTBL
• To manage all IT vendors and IT contracts needed to support the provision of IT services to ZTBL. It also includes the monitoring and tracking of      IT services delivered by external vendors
• Execution of the contract       with IT vendors for approved services
• To ensure that RFP is align with ZTBL business objectives and strategy
• To define Service Level Agreements and reporting requirements for the SLA that go into the service contract with the vendor
• To negotiate and finalize the contract with the vendors as per ZTBL’s standard templates
• To monitor the contracts signed with vendors, confirm satisfaction of services/delivery and to successfully complete the contract closure process as and when required.

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• Team Management, Vendor Management
• Execution of contract with IT-vendors. 

Eligibility:

• Applicant should have minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable or 60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
