- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth functioning, and efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to manage stock levels, monitor product flow, and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a culture of safety awareness, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize procurement processes.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management to implement innovative strategies.
JJob Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Understanding of safety regulations and risk management in a warehouse environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of textile industry warehouse operations is a plus.
