• Prepares budget of human resource operations.
• Compensation & Benefits – Conduct HR Surveys within and outside the industry in order to have competitive market based compensation.
• Conducts salary surveys within market to determine competitive wage rate.
• Scheduling and conducting job evaluation.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Imparting professional & technical knowledge by preparing and conducting trainings.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
