We need a skilled and experienced Customer Support resources to provide the highest level of Customer Service with great grip on ticket Management system Zoho. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English along with Neutral Accent required.
- Always be ready to answer the emails, calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards at busy times and document call information.
- Must have Zoho experience.
- Deal with customer questions, issues and complaints according to given protocol set by us.
- Identify and escalate issues or potential issues.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with development team, supervisors and our users.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
- Attention to detail is a priority. Provide excellent customer service, above and beyond experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Note: Blockchain and Cryptocurrency knowledge is a Bonus point.
