Hi,We are looking for a Bilingual Japanese Customer Support Agent.
We need a customer-focused person who has fun helping customers, i.e. handling inbound customer support inquiries and problems (mainly via email)
in English and Japanese.
These will usually be answered via Zoho Support Sysmtem (we will help you understand it as this is our ticket management system) with canned responses, following established company workflows, but writing your own texts will also sometimes be necessary.
