- Supports and facilitates audits and regulatory inspections.
- Improves and monitors Quality Systems for the entire organization.
- Continuously improves areas impacted by deviations and approves appropriate CAPAs and implements Good Distribution Practices GDMP and WHO GDP guidelines.
- Write and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report weaknesses, ineffective procedures, policy exceptions, and discrepancies and performs or approve appropriate corrective actions followed by effective rates with the aim of being able to offer optimum quality control and quality guarantees.
- Able to work effectively with team members and other professionals such as vendors, contractors, or suppliers with the aim of ensuring their products or services meet the organization’s quality standards.
- Understanding of ISO 13485 compliant procedures to follow and implement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel, and environmental systems.
- Look after commercial compliance against signed Machine Rental contracts with customers and pursue sales team on optimization with monthly reporting
- Coordinate Manager RA&C over regulatory documentation, renewals, product recalls, expiries, incineration, authorities, and auditors visit
- Represent Manager RA&C during absence and circumstantial traveling
- Shall pursue all training related to product and quality to the new and existing team.
- Must coordinate with Auditing Body on tracking of compliance and maintain all compliance records being Quality Custodian at ZEDCO
