We are looking for Android developers responsible for the development and maintenance of applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bugs
- Maintain and improve existing apps
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area
- Experience developing Android mobile applications using Android Studio, the Android SDK, Google Play Services, and Android Compatibility Library.
- Experience with Android front-end/UI development, Web services & XML/JSON and local storage/databases/SQLite.
- Experience in developing Android user interfaces – including relative layouts, List Views and flexibility with respect to different screen sizes/densities.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
