Zeki Expert Solutions is a well-reputed and fast-growing software development company working with some major clients in Pakistan and overseas.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager with the following skill set to join us asap.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Determine key business development KPIs and ensuring they are met.
• Do a regular market research and Analysis
• Can design B2B sales process
• Conduct prospect, industry and market research to find and identify potential customers and their requirements, both locally and international clients
• Managing the leads pipeline starting from nurturing a lead to closing it
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts and other business development processes
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Requirements:
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experienced in B2B Sales
• Proven working experience in Software Business Development
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Proven working experience in Global markets e.g USA or Europe
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and IT fluency
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook etc)
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
• At least 5 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar executive role
• A self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
