Responsibilities:

  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Document Filing.
  • Coordinating and managing meetings and appointments.
  • Hiring Talents from online and offline networks.
  • General HR duties, including daily attendance, leave management and assisting office employees whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred
