About Us:
We are a US-based DTC e-commerce brand. We are hiring one senior part-time video editor to produce high-volume performance ad creative for Meta (Facebook + Instagram).
This is a long-term retainer position with growth opportunity. Strong performers will be considered for full-time conversion at expanded compensation in 3-6 months.
About the Role:
You will edit Meta/Tiktok video ads that actually convert. You'll see the performance data — hook rate, CTR, ROAS — and iterate. When your ads win, you grow with us.
This is part-time (4 hours/day, Mon-Fri). Long-term retainer with full-time path as brand scales.
Compensation: 50,000-70000 PKR/month starting + bi-weekly payments. 90-day performance review with raise for consistent quality
Responsibilities
- Experience editing Meta ads for e-commerce (US/UK Shopify or DTC preferred)
- Understanding of what makes an ad convert — hooks, pacing, visuals
- CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro fluency
- Strong English written communication
- Reliable internet + UPS / power backup
- Self-managed work ethic
