We are a ZEM Builderss looking for smart and energetic Sales Manager - Real Estate in our Bahria Town Office , who will be responsible for managing the sales department, staff planning, and evaluating department activities I.e selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our real estate company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting sales products
- Establishing a new business with investors
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 2-5 years' experience working in a business role.
- Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
- Knowledge of the sales process.
- Great selling skills
- The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.
