ZEPCOM is looking for an Assistant/Associate Manager to join it's Human Resources department. The incumbent should have at least 3 to 5 year of experience (preferably of IT/Software Company).
Incumbant will need to work on following functions:
1 - Talent Acquisition
2 - HR Operation
3 - Client Management and relationship
4 - Training and development
5 - Attendance management
6 - Payroll Management
7 - Database management
8 - HRIS
9 - Building pipeline for future requirements.
Preferance will be given to candidate having technical recruitment experience in IT Industry.
