Primary Job Functions:
•Assign, schedule, and supervise the daily tasks and functions of operations team.
•Provide direction, leadership and motivation to all associates in your department.
•Monitor operational KPIs like lead times, fulfillment rate and shipping time to track progress towards operational goals for direct E-Commerce business and work on initiatives to improve KPIs.
•Participate in planned day-to-day business operations to increase efficiency.
•Manage the day-to-day performance of order fulfillment, returns, and daily replenishment shipments
•Ensure timely and accurate completion of all orders.
•Communicate about all order issues and share recommendations to implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
•The ability able to lead a team of individuals, delegate tasks, and supervise all of the functions that occur in this department.
•Staff and train all new employees and temp labor for your department.
•Lead program forecasts and seasonality to ensure proper processes are being followed for inventory planning.
•Must be flexible and willing to change course depending on business needs.
•Build strong relationships with different departments and levels.
•Work with customer services team to understand consumer pain points and work on initiatives to improve consumer experience.
Skills:
•Have knowledge of FMCG brands and background with Technology
•Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
•Self-starter who develops and communicates new ideas based on trends and analyses then takes action to turn the ideas into reality
•Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and direct others to do so
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
•Education: Prefferd Bachelor`s or Masters in Supply Chain
