We are looking for Front Desk Officer who can also assist Executive Management in calendar, meetings & multiple task.
· Responsible for Front Desk operations, Greeting Guest and clients.
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
· Keep updated records and files
· Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
· Responsible for Scheduling/booking & meeting rooms
· Assist Admin/HR as and when required
· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners to reach Executive Management
· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
· Maintain Executive Management Diary
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
· Arrange & manage appointments
Candidates with relevant experience will be called for interview.
Resident of Islamabad will be given preference.
