Role Summary:

Customers(SME) calling, Customer analysis, competition analysis, potential product description, Price comparison, demand analysis, relationship building with prospective customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a database of customers, address, contact, etc.
  • Finding potential customers(SME) through the internet and valuable sources.
  • Asking customer about messaging services and campaigns
  • Maintaining a record of customer feedback, daily reporting of customer’s feedback
  • Maintaining a record of competition, SMS industry comparison, and analysis
  • Ask a set of Qs to customers to know about messaging services and campaigns, make a proper record of it
  • Maintain a long term relationship with the customer
  • Cold calling to prospective clients using a database to conversion and selling
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirement
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Managing promotions on social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Candidate Specification:

The candidate should have a clear understanding of customer management, complaint handling, customer analysis, and sales calls. Social media marketing experience will be considered an advantage.
