Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and cash transactions efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate payment processing.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders promptly and accurately.
- Perform daily cash closing routines, including counting and verifying currency to maintain precise financial records.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records related to payments and transactions.
- Coordinate professionally with floor staff and management to facilitate seamless restaurant operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers in a courteous manner.
- Ensure all cash handling procedures comply with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support and collaborate with a team of 20 employees to enhance workflow and service delivery.
- Uphold a well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with the companys standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in cash transactions or financial documentation promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and payment areas.
- Adapt to changing work schedules and restaurant demands during operating hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
