Regular monitoring of media for news related items, Higher Education Commission, Ziauddin University and Hospital, health and education.
News record maintaining.
Reporting status of daily basis.
Coordination/meeting with VC, Registrar, Deans, all head of departments of the university and hospital to get their program detail on regular basis.
Provide expertise to manage their events. (If required).
Development of press releases based on different activities.
Follow-ups with media to ensure placement of press release.
Preparation of coverage summary reports and circulate all relevant departments.
Development and making presentations for events.
Preparation of media invite for events.
Follow-ups with media to ensure attendance at events.
Provide creative input in terms of ideas and strategy on different projects. (if required).
Coordination with various support departments of the organization for execution of different tasks.
Complete media management at events.
Proper management of filing system, in soft and hard copies.
