Online Marketing Specialist

ZISK has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Online Marketing Specialist in Karachi. We are looking for an energetic and charismatic person to join our team with the aim to promote our multiple businesses online (search engines, social media, blogs, etc) - primarily focusing on Zisk miniProperties (www.ziskminiproperties.com).

Work will include (but not limited to):

Build and develop brand awareness across the internet and social media.
Help develop the business online marketing strategy and marketing campaigns in line with the business objectives and implementation of the strategy and campaigns.
Implement latest search engine techniques and online marketing tools like link building, SEO and creating viral marketing strategies, building inbound organic search traffic, improving SERPs, email marketing, using website analytics and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies, drive and increase traffic to our websites and social media pages (especially Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) targeting high conversion rates, A/B testing, use paid advertising (including AdWords, social media, etc).
Execute digital marketing campaigns and product hacks across a variety of mobile and web properties and acquisition channels, including paid search, display, mobile and social ads, email and on blogs and forums.
Use analytics data by implementing a customer growth and retention strategy, with clear metrics, measurement and feedback loops to see customer behaviour and trends in order to make and keep on optimising campaigns for the targeted audience.
Stay up to date and keep on developing skills to grasp how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO and web marketing.
Create analytic reports showing full web and social media data for evaluation and monitoring for a positive impact on digital campaigns and increasing effectiveness in order to maximise results moving forwards.

Skills Required:

Thorough understanding and experience of latest online marketing strategies and tools, in particular core platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
A full functional understanding of HTML and CSS along with the ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimisation, and related skills with SEO administration.
Develop marketing strategies and create new campaigns and project plans, develop communications, deploy campaigns and tests, review performance, and perform ongoing optimisation of the entire online marketing.
Proven track record of successful social media campaigns for companies/brands showing a solid understanding of paid media, organic growth and best practice, evidence of significantly growing social media followers and communities and of helping businesses increase conversion rates.
Responsibility for ensuring your own workflow is managed and aligned to the overall marketing strategy and a fantastic attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
Self learner, proactive and takes initiatives.

Skill Desired:

Also able to produce fantastic digital marketing content for social media and blogs (e.g. long and short form text, graphics / visual content, animations/videos, etc).
Being able to contribute to the rest of the business with a can-do attitude for everything, including helping the directors with business strategy through own initiative, creativity, passion and intelligence.

Qualification & Experience:

Strong education background
Relevant degree/certification
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role

Salary & Benefits:

Rs. 15,000 - 35,000 per month
Plus up to 50% bonus potential (performance based)
