ZITA Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant with a minimum of two years of experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in financial reporting, account reconciliation, tax compliance, and general ledger management. Proficiency with ERP accounting software and knowledge of internal controls is essential. The role involves coordinating audits and managing a team of five professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to maintain smooth financial processes within the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy of transactions and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee tax compliance activities, including timely filing of tax returns and adherence to applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain and monitor the general ledger, ensuring all entries reflect true and fair financial positions.
- Coordinate audit processes by liaising with internal and external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial data.
- Utilize ERP accounting software efficiently to record, track, and report financial information.
- Lead and supervise a team of five accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and timely resolution of accounting issues.
- Communicate effectively within the finance team and across departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
