We are hiring a Human Resource Manager for our Denim Jeans Stitching unit.

Responsibilities

Management of existing employees.
Payrolls
Interaction & Compliance with Government regulatory bodies like EOBI, PESSI, Labor Dept., Health & Safety, Environment Dept. etc.,
Advertising, Screening, Interviewing and Hiring of new employees.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in HR Management preferably in a Garment Factory.
Masters or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
Strong administrative and communication skills
