Job Description

-Support the marketing and sales team and working side by side with director by delivering efficient and detailed work to achieve common goals.

-Routine follow ups from clients as well as sales team and managing status reports.

-Manage daily office operations.

-To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work flow and recovery of payments.

-Manage and record all sales and client details in database.

-Maintain attendance management system.

-Maintain employee and their leave records.

-Develop strong client relationships through appropriate client communication.

-Allot new projects to different sales personnel’s.

-Align surveys to marketing team.

-Support installation department by scheduling timely deliveries and installations.

Skills

Candidate Must Possess Management Problem Solving & Analyti Excellent communication and written skills.
