The position is responsible for overseeing sales & distribution operations, meeting targets of assigned region/area/territory. Develop efficient sales and distribution strategies for the assigned territory, team management & target setting for achievements.
- To ensure Annual Budget Plan implementation of assigned territory sales & distribution.
- To review sales & distribution targets regularly on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and keep update seniors accordingly
- To keep an eye on increase / decrease in sales targets and timely update to head office for stock control.
- To make the retail / wholesale coverage plan and monitor the achievement of Primary/Secondary sales targets.
- To ensure to establish and maintain relation with existing and potential distributors and market size & share research.
- To ensure and maintain distributor confidence all the time and determine their requirements by utilizing product or service knowledge.
- To ensure & resolve product or service problems by understanding and clarifying the distributor complaint regarding product dispatches and claims.
- To ensure complete liaison with head office distribution team regarding stock /inventory levels in hand.
