• Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business unit operations
  • Monitor and review company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time and budget
  • Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
  • Create new strategies for marketing and monitoring QC and QA measures
  • Build effective relationship with the clients so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
  • Set up the business unit’s strategies for promotional activities
  • Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region
  • Coordinate with other teams in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation
  • Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth
  • Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and
  • Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
  • Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
  • Coordinate with teams to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches.
  • Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
  • Design policies that align with overall strategy and implement efficient processes and standards.
  • Coordinate customer service and sales operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
  • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefit.
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.
