- Follow ups, emailing and calling on a daily basis along with interacting with clients.
- Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested
- Assist the Departmental Human Resources team as required
- Screen up-and-comers' resumes and requests for employment
- Post responsibilities to proper occupation sheets on the web
- Prepare every day work reports and report it to the director
- Assist in performing personal investigations for shortlisted up-and-comers
- Act as a resource for the up-and-comer

- Source applicants by means of social and expert systems administration destinations
- Ability to work with various divisions and encourage cooperation
- Identify and resolve issues in an ideal way
- Excellent PC abilities alongside oral and composed relational abilities
- Proven competitor sourcing and relationship building abilities
- Basic information on work laws
- Experience with enlistment for various sorts of profiles
- Skills in record keeping and information base administration
