Position Overview

The Creative Services Traffic Manager will be an outgoing, self-driven, proactive individual with proven experience in project management, communications, design collaboration, content collaboration, quality control, and supervising internal and client workload schedules and deliverables. This position requires client and internal team interaction, estimating and scoping skills, project and budget tracking, and the ability to work with stakeholders to keep projects on track. Must have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

This position will report to the Creative Director based in our Pakistan office.

The Creative Services Traffic Manager is primarily responsible for:

  • Work closely with cross-functional departments and project manage all assets ensuring quality materials are delivered.
  • Determine needed resources and coordinate work assignments with the creative team.
  • Review all digital and print deliverables and set up and negotiate project expectations with business teams and stakeholders.
  • Work with external vendors on deliverables production, schedules, and budgets.
  • Work with the accounts payable team to reconcile external hard cost billing.
  • Will proofread content created for various collateral materials and ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and subject matter.
  • Regularly provide project status updates on key deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Run weekly traffic meetings with the Creative team to ensure all projects are on schedule.
  • Deal with marketing team/and requestors in assigning/trafficking jobs through to completion
  • Manage all intake requests from requestors, acknowledge receipt of submissions, as well as assign work to the Creative team with a production schedule.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, team members, and leadership.
  • Proven record managing multiple projects with successful, dynamic priority-setting skills to meet changing client expectations and deadlines.
  • Understand the creative process, the ability to listen to a client’s needs, then translate them into organized design instructions.
  • Perform quality control checks on design deliverables, attention to detail, and consistency.
  • Good understanding of brand guidelines and ensuring compliance with deliverables.
  • Ability to quickly learn and develop subject matter expertise associated with assigned accounts.
  • Ability to scope projects for new or existing clients and track project hours and expenses (project hard costs) to meet budget parameters.
  • Account management duties include experience engaging with clients to plan work, forecast a work pipeline with designers and copywriters

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

Education, Certifications, & Technology Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • 5 years experience in project management, traffic or print, and digital production coordination or account management. Preference is given to managing Creative team workloads.
  • Agency or in-house creative experience desired.
  • MUST be able to negotiate workload schedules, project timelines, budgets, and work with multiple internal department heads
  • Proficient in all MS Office
  • Must be a fantastic multitasker and quicker learner
  • Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, with knowledge and execution of the structure and content of the English language
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple assignments
  • Comfortable working remotely, communicating by video conference technology.
  • Knowledge of managing team workloads through project management software is a plus.
