Position Overview:

The role of the Onboarding Coordinator will include but is not limited to the coordination, tracking and follow-up of onboarding activities.  This role may also assume additional responsibilities/lend support in other Sales Enablement areas as needed which may include but is not limited to:  scheduling of events, addressing the Sales Enablement help desk inquiries, organizing and distributing data as needed, and general administrative support. Effective communication skills, high level of organization and the ability to prioritize competing timelines is required.

The Onboarding Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Enablement Director.

  • Expert at managing competing priorities and providing status updates regarding onboarding activities
  • Ability to maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and in-person
  • Maintains documented processes for job responsibilities
  • Scheduling events, trainings, and meetings
  • Establishing schedules/itineraries as needed
  • Distributing reports, notes and/or information
  • Prepare for training sessions as needed (set-up/breakdown of rooms as needed)
  • Create engaging presentation materials for leadership
  • May assist with documentation editing/review
  • May assist with other Sales Enablement activities as needed

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role in an operations environment
  • Experience managing and coordinating events with management level
  • Ability to manage priorities with little supervision
  • High level of organization
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong understanding of Outlook and scheduling capabilities
  • Must be able to clearly communicate in writing and verbally
  • Desire to understand and build Zones knowledge through curiosity

Technology Focus & Requirements

  • Candidate must be proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
