Sales Trainer - JD
The Trainer supports the Sales Enablement organization’s success by training newly hired account executives. In addition to coordinating and delivering sales training, the trainer provides input to the Training Manager to continually improve our training programs; including, content, delivery, and effectiveness.
This individual plays an instrumental role in the success of account executives.

Deliver training to new account executives team members per a defined curriculum
Manage daily training activities including scheduling, training tools readiness, and classroom preparation
Evaluate account executives
Deploy effective training materials utilizing a variety of mixed media including e-learning, live presentations, and videos
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success regularly; and propose recommendations for continuous improvement
Monitor training programs and materials to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date; make updates as necessary
Work with sales enablement managers and sales leaders to address learning challenges, new educational needs regarding specific learners, sales divisions and channels, and go-to-market strategies
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews, and collaboration with sales enablement managers
Work with Sales Enablement leadership to continuously up-level trainers’ skill sets and knowledge
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience in Learning & Development
MS Office proficiency
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills
BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
