  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies
  • Vendor Management 
  • Dealing with Vendors on day to day basis
  • Dealing with daily admin tasks
  • Look after general procurement
  • Look after technical procurement
  • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues 
  • Managing renovation related activities
  • Organizing special functions and social events
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
