Position Overview
The Bid Desk Specialist works with Zones internal and external partners to administer all partner bid programs. Bid programs include but are not limited to: deal registration programs, vertical /segment bid programs, manual bid programs, and blanket contract pricing opportunities. The candidate for this position is responsible for the facilitation of all manual special pricing & registration programs into a centralized system. Success in this position is measured by the ability to deliver optimal service to Sales by analyzing all potential cost-reducing programs available, then identify and recommend optimal special pricing that increases company margin and revenue. The selected customer and service-centric individual will be a part of the Partner & Product Marketing organization accountable for enabling sales to focus on building customer relationships and driving net new business for the company. This includes supporting our Enterprise, Zones Business Solutions, and State Local Education sales organizations.
