• A working knowledge of USA culture.
• The skill to independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze the details of an RFP is a must.
• Demonstration of the necessary personality and leadership skills to engage and motivate a diverse group of Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants and Subcontractors is required. 
• Overseeing  assignment  and  completion  of  team  member  tasks,  ensuring adherence to schedules, conducting proposal strategy and proposal opportunity review meetings with the Proposal Response Team and approving the proposal.
• Managing the development, maintenance and updating of documentation and application of the proposal process and budget templates.
• Ensuring that proposals submitted are accurate and properly reflect costs and appropriate language consistent with the project parameters/specifications. Further, clarifying text and graphics for thought, continuity, applicability, and readability.
• Interacting with Operations and other departments to collate historical data as appropriate for current projects to help ensure more consistent and realistic costing and pricing estimates.
• Tracking and reporting on pending and awarded projects, processes, strategy, resources, vendor management, and timelines.
• Conduct and manage business in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
• Manage workload to have the capability of responding to multiple complex bids simultaneously and balance priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• Utilize written communication skills to proof-read and edit proposal response verbiage from functional teams
• Analyze and judge appropriateness of RFP responses to ensure that content meets requirements
