The Contract Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, scoring, logging, tracking and assigning documents and forms, contracts, terms and conditions, and other issues, in support of Legal Department functions. The CSS interacts daily with stakeholders in Sales, PPM, Services, Finance, and other areas to gather information about legal/contract needs to determine value and viability and to prioritize support. In addition to these primary duties, the Contract Support Specialist maintains the database that tracks the status of ongoing deals, runs progress reports, and assists negotiators in order to streamline production and to ensure prompt delivery to stakeholders.
