  • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Dynamics AX and CRM are a plus
  • Strong Communication skills
    • Able to communicate professionally and clearly through all communication forums (i.e. Skype for business, email, and phone).
    • Manage escalations in a professional manner

Coordinate with multiple groups to execute tasks properly

  • Recurring task management
    • Perform routine audits of deal registration requests to monitor team performance
    • Self-driven continued learning of manufacturer programs to ensure understanding of requirements and to identify deficient requests which will lead to increasing successful registrations.
    • Management and updating all knowledge libraries
    • Perform weekly data refresh for senior management reporting
  • Data Entry via initiated request
    • Submit and process all deal registration requests
      • Responsible for increase approval rate by requesting more information from Account Executive when necessary
      • Responsible for assigning requests within 2 hours of Account Executive submission in queue
      • Responsible for processing requests within 1 hour of assigning
      • Responsible for closing requests within 1 week of Account Executive submission
    • Update information in knowledge libraries
    • Team mailbox management for handling Account Executive requests, Sales manager escalations and partner communication
