Position Overview

The EDI Analyst is responsible for designing and implementation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions

Key Responsibilities

·      Responsible for communicating, coordinating and working with Partners on ongoing and prospect integrations collaborations

·      Designing and implementing interfaces to and from various partners and applications

·      Responsible for monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of Integration EDI solutions, infrastructure, gateways and connectivity

·      Responsible for providing technical EDI/Production support and assistance at all levels

·      Responsible for tracking, monitoring and ensuring project deadlines and ensuring deliveries within due time frame

·      Understands the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy

·      Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

·      Good understanding of EDI ANSI X12 and XML based integration solutions

·      Good understanding of VAN (value added networks), digital certificates, public-key cryptography, sFTP, and AS2 protocols

·      Experience working in Microsoft BizTalk Server

·      Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

·      Logical, efficient & proactive

·      Keen attention to detail

·      Ability to effectively communicate ideas

·      Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

·      Comfortable with ambiguity and possess an ability to adapt quickly and easily. Ability to analyze complex problems and move them to resolution
