Position Overview
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. The position will be coordinating internal resources, customers and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead joint efforts (customer and internal teams) for documenting, managing and completing all customer requests for custom catalogs, integrations, and eCommerce related projects
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/customers/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
· Support Account Executives and Clients through integrations definition - Develop project plans for assigned projects including scope, requirements, schedules, communication plans, risk logs, WBS, SOWs and any other requested project documents
· Represent eCommerce in internal and external customer meetings where appropriate
· Assist with responses to RFPs for integration related questions
· Works with Sales & IT jointly to schedule special projects
· Provide product ownership for application development/enhancements/fixes requested which includes pre-production testing and post-production validation steps
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/customers/vendors
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Required Skills
· 5+ years of software project management experience
· Agile / Scum expertise
· Experience working with TFS, JIRA and Microsoft Project
· Exposure to Change & Risk Management
· Experience in B2B Ecommerce engagements and understanding of Web APIs, SaaS solutions for E-Procurement, CRM, cXML/EDI and Punch-out highly preferred
· Deep understanding and affinity for technology
· Ability to manage multiple projects, users, systems, and deadlines
· Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated with a strong team orientation
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
