Process and Technical Support, Kinaxis RapidResponse®.

The Kinaxis RapidResponse Process Support associate will be key member of the digital transformation team at Zones. We are looking for individuals who want to grow professionally and make an impact on the business transformation of a $2 billion USD company. 

The digital transformation of our supply chain is more than a technology initiative. It is about successfully addressing Business operating model, People, Process and enabling Digital/AI platforms.

The RapidResponse Process Support associate will drive the implementation and adoption of the Kinaxis RapidResponse®.platform and be actively engaged with the multi-disciplined matrixed team. As a member of our Digital Transformation Team, you understand our most pressing business performance challenges and you are committed to helping solve complex challenges in the distributed value chain that is prevalent today.

Who You Are

You are a quick learner and can take on both technical and process assignments. You possess intellectual curiosity, out of box thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work/influence across multiple stakeholder groups.

You Possess

·        Prior experience with RapidResponse is a plus

·        Experience building strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business groups at senior levels.

·        The ability to understand the impact of process and technical changes and to articulate high-level solutions to address business problems.

·        Working knowledge of in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Process design, and Vendor Management. Ability to build a business case.

·        The ability to absorb new concepts quickly.

·        The proven ability to work independently and as a team member.

·        Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

·        Strong analysis ability across MS Excel as well as Word, PowerPoint

·        Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues.

·        High level of energy and personal drive

·        Solid experience to work in matrixed environments with multi-skilled teams and the ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders

You Will Be Responsible For

·        Having superuser RapidResponse capability and knowledge across multiple functional areas

·        Managing the process for capturing, prioritizing, and gaining closure on backlog of user ticketed improvements to RapidResponse

·        Future state process documentation and development which may include functional business processes, client- and vendor-facing processes, data dictionary, interfaces with other Zones solutions and systems

·        Participating in conceptual design and functional testing of end-state tool. Provide inputs

·        Assist with overseeing support aspects of pilot operations between major design initiatives

·        Learning the solution authoring process toward configuring content in RapidResponse

·        Actively engage in problem solving
