·        Manage training inventory

• Work with marketing programs team to develop inventory for training activities
• Assist in defining and managing processes for reserving training inventory
• Provide reporting for used/unused inventory
• Ensure inventory reservation matches funded programs

·        Own Zones and partner training program scheduling

• Manage and monitor scheduling of activities based on defined processes
• Schedule regular content reviews and manage rotation schedule for reviews and role-play activities
• Document and communicate changes to training schedules
• Coordinate with PPM to ensure virtual trainings are setup appropriately
• Maintain users for Zones training platform and assist with management of distribution lists

·        Compile and communicate results of training initiatives

• Export data from Zones learning platform, compile, and distribute weekly reports
• Highlight and communicate training KPIs to cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot issues with reporting accuracy

·        Become training platform SME and assist with platform usage

• Lias with platform support to troubleshoot issues
• Load content to Zones learning platform
• Manage enrollment in activities through Zones learning platform
• Conduct regular maintenance for platform materials

Required Experience:

• 0-2 years required of experience in marketing, sales, or learning management preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to manage competing/shifting priorities, project timelines and stakeholder action items
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Technology Focus & Requirements

·        Candidate must be proficient in Excel and Outlook

• Experience with CRM, learning management systems, and training tools preferred
