Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have knowledge about Microsoft licensing programs and major products (EA, MPSA and OS, Server products)
  • Requesting Microsoft Licensing statements / history using different portals.
  • Managing Contract Database on SharePoint.
  • Assisting AMs (Account Managers) in all the operational Microsoft tasks.
  • Efficiently working on reporting side and sent weekly and monthly reports to corporate management.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • 0-1 years of related experience in IT sales or business operations.
  • Highly analytical, team-oriented, and active participant in accomplishing team goals  
  • Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements  
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skill
