Job Description

The Operations Specialist  will assist our Cloud and Software programs in successfully driving renewal sales.  This role requires a highly-motivated individual with a desire to develop software licensing expertise and experience. This position will work closely across teams in all selling efforts.

·        Manage renewal data on a monthly/quarterly basis.

·        Create Proactive Renewal Quotes as needed.

·        Develop a Proficiency in the Creation of Focused Publisher Contracts.

·        Provide accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to AMs with appropriate order items.

·        Team with the Product & Partner Marketing (PPM) group to execute key strategies around Tier 1 manufacturer promotions; drive the renewal business which supports key company growth areas.

·        Proactively research industry trends and publisher updates.

·        Ensure that all processes are documented and remain up to date with continual process improvements.
