Operations Support Analyst is responsible for providing superior execution, troubleshooting and monitoring of a nightly excel schedule, in a timely manner, which consist of, but not limited to:
1. Financials (Nightly)
2. Accounts Payable (AP’s) (Nightly)
3. HR (Nightly)
4. Save output files and email to appropriate RF employees (Nightly)
5. Biweekly Payroll (Tuesday Biweekly)
6. Biweekly LD (Wednesday Biweekly)
7. Off Week Payroll (Tuesday Off Week)
8. Off Week LD (Wednesday Off Week)
9. Preliminary Payroll (Friday Off week)
10. SUNY Prelim Payroll (Once a month on Friday)
11. SUNY Payroll (Wednesday after SUNY Prelim)
12. SUNY LD (Either after Wednesday night schedule or Thursday schedule)
13. Month End Schedule & reporting (Once a month at the end/beginning of every month)
14. Test Schedules (Once a month - varies)
15. Transferring RF Bank Files (Heavily on payroll nights)
Other job requirements could consist of
· Creating and staging nightly schedule excel sheets
· Saving/transferring monthly reports for each month
Skills Required
· Basic knowledge of IT concepts
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Good communication skills both verbal and written
