Job Description

Deliver English Accent training for Zones PK employees. Responsible for content development, content management, plan training calendar, creating a training plan. Work very closely with the line managers to identify soft skills Improvement for core operations. Delivering training on US Culture, voice and accent, language speaking etc.

• Conduct Training Need Assessment for existing employees
• Design training modules for employees across the company
• Develop and periodic update of training material and curriculum
• Conducting Class Room Training Sessions
• Preparing new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process
• Monitor calls on Communication, Soft Skills, Process & Compliance Parameters
• Analyze training needs of the agents & support them in delivery
• Keep the reps updated on new process changes/updates, improvement initiatives
• Conduct Compliance, Communication & Process Awareness sessions for new hires
• Develop soft skills to enhance the quality of conversation
• Customer Service skills training to positively impact customer experience

Requirements

• Master’s in English Literature, Business Administration from an accredited institution
• Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Sales Trainer or similar role
• Experience in a sales training position is a plus
• Needs to have strong training ability
• Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
• Feedback and Coaching skills.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
