- Manage the Franchise sales
- Conduct retail market visits (60 -70 outlets Daily)
- Increase retailer footprint in assigned region
- Ensure availability & visibility of the product in trade
- Oversee development of new outlets
- Manage brand activities in trade.
- Achieve monthly targets of Call Dialing Record and Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
- Implement effective, efficient and measurable retail distribution system
- Maintain two to three days stock at the retailer's level
- Maintain 100% accurate, complete and authentic Sales Tracking System and Dealer survey data
- Conduct regular market visits and share feedback
- Carry out trainings of sales team and franchise staff on regular basis
