• Manage the Franchise sales
  • Conduct retail market visits (60 -70 outlets Daily)
  • Increase retailer footprint in assigned region
  • Ensure availability & visibility of the product in trade
  • Oversee development of new outlets
  • Manage brand activities in trade.
  • Achieve monthly targets of Call Dialing Record and Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
  • Implement effective, efficient and measurable retail distribution system
  • Maintain two to three days stock at the retailer's level
  • Maintain 100% accurate, complete and authentic Sales Tracking System and Dealer survey data
  • Conduct regular market visits and share feedback
  • Carry out trainings of sales team and franchise staff on regular basis

Responsible for dealing with retailers in the market.

  • By following pjp, provide load in the market.
  • Effectively managing the assigned market by insuring product availability, awareness and visibility.
  • Planning efficiently to close targets within deadline.
