Core Responsibilities:
New Site (Fuel Stations) Survey.
Site (Fuel Stations) survey supervision and site layout plan finalization.
Supervision of all projects (Fuel Stations) activities with respect to construction.
Supervision and management of Contractors & Subcontractors.
Execution of all projects (Fuel Stations) by keeping in mind, the safety standard of HSSE (Health, Safety Security and Environment).
Timely availability of resources for execution of jobs.
Interaction and coordination with Govt. departments for seeking miscellaneous necessary approvals and submission of projects (Fuel Stations) drawings.
Direct interaction and coordination with customer and resolution of issues, if any.
Explosive license coordination all over Pakistan.
Training of newly appointed Engineering.
Supervision of all project activities with respect to construction.
Supervision and management of Contractors & Subcontractors.
Report to company nominated Civil Lead as well as Project Manager and will be responsible for all technical issues related to civil /Structural works.
Responsible to carry out detailed Engineering for Civil/ Structural works as per Project specifications and applicable International codes and standards to ensure these requirements are met with.
Review of Vendor drawings and approve construction material.
Responsible for implementation and use of Quality Control Documents; Quality Manuals, Quality Plans and Procedures.
Core Requirements:
Candidate should be B.S.C in Civil Engineering Fro UET.
Should have minimum 4 years experience in civil/structural works pertaining to Oil & Gas projects involved in Tanks, refineries, Gas Plants, petrochemical etc. and experience in Analysis and design of concrete and steel structures.
Should have experience of oil marketing company regarding Fuel stations development (Survey, Drawings, Constructions, Explosive, Tanks and Electrical Etc.).

Mehar Group operates a number of petroleum retail outlets selling fuel and lubricants under franchises from other OMCs i.e. Shell, PSO, Caltex and Total etc. In addition, Mehar Group owns and operates 35 CNG filling stations. Currently the Group is handling a vast fleet of vehicles of various capacities to transport petroleum products from Karachi, Mehmoodkot, and Machike to other destinations in Pakistan. The group owns storage facilities in Gujranwala and Gatti (Faisalabad) and has rented out another storage facility from Admore at Machike. ZPPL envisions forming a network of retail outlets and logistics infrastructure across the country to provide quality service to customers and to facilitate in meeting the ever-increasing requirement of petroleum products.
