This position oversees sales and Retail Network management of a specific area (territory) for Zoom Petroleum and acts as a liaison between headquarters. Primary role of this position is to increase sales volume within their assigned region and explore new market opportunities for their territories.
Candidate must be honest, hardworking, good negotiator and should be able to demonstrate market knowledge with a proven track record.
He should be able to;
- Development of Retail network through new Customers induction
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
- Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
- Effective management of distributors’ sales operations
- Execution of the promotional campaigns
- Responsible for stakeholder management
- Identification of new locations for the Sale points
- Provide reports on daily basis.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Perform any task assigned by the management.
