- To prepare carriage bills for vendors on monthly basis and verify them with physical reporting.
- to prepare credit notes and shortages
- updating the carriage bills in the software specified by the company.
- Enter those sub contractors cheques and invoices in the software specified by the company.
- Prepare the Product Movement Plan on monthly basis.
- Prepare Actual Transportation Cost
- Supervise and review sales of all the entities party wise on daily basis and reconcile them on monthly basis with Accounts and Operations department.
- Ad=hoc reporting relevant to operations as requested by management
- Experience in calculation of IFEM.
