- Plan, create and execute thoughtful digital creative campaigns to inform, engage and increase ticket sales.
- Design, build, and automate visual dashboards analyzing data and developing key insights to be distributed to teams across the entire organization for marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing/CRM database.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaigns and lead management.
- Forecast, set and achieve digital budgets and goals.
- Deliver digital assets, analyze data, and adjust strategy throughout digital campaigns.
- Manage websites and website development team and social media team.
- Oversee design, maintenance, timelines, budget, and submission of creative.
- Work with graphic designer on creative digital assets.
