Online Bidder

We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder with strong knowledge of web development to join our team on Upwork. As an online Bidder, you will be responsible for bidding on web development projects, communicating with International clients, and negotiating project terms.

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on web development projects that match our skills and expertise on Upwork.
Communicate with International clients to understand their project requirements, and provide them with project estimates and timelines.
Negotiate project terms with clients to ensure that we are able to meet their requirements while staying within our capacity and budget.
Collaborate with Project Manager and developers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Manage ongoing client relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as an online bidder on Upwork.
Proven track record of winning web development projects on Upwork.
Strong understanding of web development technologies and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
