ZRJ Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of software projects in our software house. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in software development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and oversee software development projects from inception to delivery
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and QA testers
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software development industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing.
