Project Manager (Design Experience / Software House)

ZRJ Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of software projects in our software house. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in software development.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and oversee software development projects from inception to delivery
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and QA testers
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
Basic knowledge of graphic designing.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software development industry
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies
Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
Basic knowledge of graphic designing.
