ZTA Education Consultants is an Australian education agency. We provide professional course and career guidance services to international students.
We are located a short walk from Flinders Street train station in Melbourne CBD. We are growing a team of education consultants and due to expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our Islamabad Office.
Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Works with social media team members to create innovative social media campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
· Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
· Reports progress to senior marketing management
· Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
· Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
· Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
Requirements and Qualifications
· Intermediate degree.
· 1 years of experience related to Graphic Design.
· Certifications are preferred, but not required.
· Hire and train others in the team
· Provide constructive feedback
· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
· Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments.
· Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
